I FORGOT TO ADD THE DISCOUNT CODE, WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately we cannot add discount codes to orders once placed. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately on allbitshome@gmail.com 

If your order has already been dispatched (you will have received a confirmation email or text) then we are unable to cancel. 

 

CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

In some circumstances this will be possible depending on stock and if your order is still pending. Please contact us straight away after placing the order. Unfortunately if we haven't been notified in time this may not be possible. Contact us on allbitshome@gmail.com

 

I HAVE CONTACTED YOU VIA SOCIAL MEDIA BUT HAD NO RESPONSE, WHAT DO I DO?

If your question is important or regarding an order please always email us as this will be read and responded to much quicker. Our social media is not currently monitored so we may not have seen your message. Alternatively please use the Contact form which can be found on our "Contact Us" page.

 

I HAVE CONTACTED YOU VIA EMAIL BUT HAD NO RESPONSE? 

It could be possible your email is lost in a thread or didn't make it to us for some reason - it could have been found as spam, this has happened before.

Please reach out again and ensure the correct email is used: allbitshome@gmail.com - especially if your email is urgent.

Monday to Friday we have a 24/48hr response time but will try to get back sooner, if the time has exceeded this, please try again, we hate to think you'd feel ignored - this would never be the case.

 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you may cancel an order as long as it has not been processed for delivery or already shipped (You will be aware of this due to receiving a confirmation email). Please notify us at the earliest convenience as sometimes during busy periods it can take up to 48 hours to respond to any enquiries in which time your order may have already been processed. HOW ARE YOUR CURTAINS SOLD?

All our Curtains are sold as a pair unless stated otherwise (i.e Voile panel style or Door Curtains) This means the size shown will be for each curtain, but there will be two in a pack. For example: 46" Wide x 54" Drop - Two curtains at 46" wide (92" in total) both with the height of 54".

 

HOW DO I ORDER CURTAIN  SAMPLES?

Simply head to our "Curtain Samples" page located at the bottom of our home page or click here and fill in the information - Don't forget to leave your address so we know where to send your samples to!

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

All info can be found on our "Returns" Page. Simply return the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. This MUST be in a sellable condition - i.e in the correct packaging, unwashed and unaltered in any way (See Returns page for full details).

 

CAN I COME AND COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOU?
