What is the turnaround time?

As we are small business we work to an approximate 5-7 day turn around at busy times. This means from receiving your order we will take up to approximately 5-7 days to pack and pick your parcel. This does not count for weekends as our courier collects Monday-Friday. Depending on busier times of the year this may be extended.

How long will my order take to arrive in the UK?

We are currently using various couriers. Evri, DPD, Yodel, Collect+

UK Mainland (Not including Scottish Highlands) - Approx 1-3 Days (Not including turnaround time)

OVER SEAS - How long will my order take to arrive out of the UK and how much is the delivery costs?

Overseas shipping is calculated at the cart depending on weight and area.

Overseas - Estimated delivery times are anything from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on area. We still stick to the 5 day turnaround, delivery times all depend on the courier but we will notify you with tracking so you can follow your parcel on its journey.

Overseas fees

As ALL BITS HOME are located in the UK you may be aware we have faced challenges since leaving the EU. We now cannot guarantee duty free exports to any EU countries. Please be aware when you place an order to check your local tariffs to ensure you are up to date with any further fees after clearing customs. ALL BITS HOME cannot be held responsible for any incurred fees. 

My order has taken longer than suggested to arrive, what should i do?

Please see your shipping confirmation email and follow the tracking given. If there appears to be any concerns with the tracking then ensure to contact us immediately on allbitshome@gmail.com 

 

My order shows delivered on the tracking but i have no parcel, what should i do?

You must contact us immediately as we only have a limited time to contest the tracking with the courier, usually within 14 days. After this unfortunately nothing can be done.

 

I have inputted the wrong address at check out, what can i do?

You must contact us immediately before your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately once your order has left us this can't be amended. We are unable to refund your order or replace if you have inputted the wrong information and not told us before you receive your dispatch email.
